    Every once and a while, we offer discounts on select items during special sale events. We love seeing our customers snagging these deals, but we also get it can be frustrating if you just bought something at full price.

    We’d be happy to make things right. We’ll reimburse the difference if you purchased an item at full price within 14 days before the sale started. The price adjustment is only available if the exact item (same style, color, and size) is currently in stock on our website, within your region at the time of your request.

    Please note, price adjustments are only applicable to full-price items and don’t apply to items already discounted before the sale period.

Returns & Exchanges

We get that things don’t always go according to plan, and that’s why we’re here to make it a breeze for you. Whether you’re swapping out for a different size or color, or just returning something that didn’t quite hit the mark, we’ve got yer’ back. Our aim is to make sure you’re happy with every purchase, plain and simple.

    Nope. But, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you opt for an exchange, we’ll cover the bill for the shipping costs of the products coming back to you.

    Please process each return separately through the return portal and use the corresponding label for each item. If you decide to combine multiple orders in one package, please inform our team before sending it back.

    Returns and exchanges must be initiated using on our Contact Us page. Failure to do so will result in our warehouse being unable to process the return, and refunds will not be issued.

    If you initiated an exchange through our Contact Us page we’ll do our best to get your new item will be shipped as soon as your returned item receives its initial scan by the carrier.

    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the order date.
    • While we encourage you trying things on, please note that if they have been ridden in and/or worn outside, we cannot accept them for return.
    • When returning items, please ensure they are proper-ishly folded in their original packaging.
    • Clearance/final sale items are only eligible for exchange.
    • Gift cards are not eligible for return.

    We can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, or your fuzzy sidekick .
    • Items displaying excessive wear and tear or signs of abuse.
    • Items lost or damaged due to natural disasters, fire, or unforeseen accidents.
    • Items with missing or altered labels, or brands not originally sold by us.
    • Individual items from multipacks returned separately.
    • Items contaminated or excessively soiled beyond reasonable expectations.
    • Returns due to personal circumstances, such as weight changes, unrelated to product functionality.
    • Abuse of our return policy on multiple occasions.

    While the timing depends on your bank, refunds are typically processed shortly after your item is returned to our warehouse. You can usually expect to see the refund reflected in your account within 4-7 business days.

    If it has been more than 15 business days from when your return was received, please [reach out to us] and we’ll get things figured out.

Shipping & Delivery

We’re a small team but, we try our best to ship orders promptly, typically within 2 business days. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends (we’re out ridin’)

Somethings we just can’t control– weather, sun spots, mercury in retrograde, frogs, locusts, or other events in your area might cause some delays in the shipping process but, we’ll do our best to get your stuff to you as quickly as possible.

    Once you enter an international address at checkout, shipping options will become available. Please note that most international orders take a few weeks to arrive, so plan accordingly when placing your order. If you’re unsure whether something will arrive on time or if shipping options aren’t showing for your address, feel free to [reach out to us].

    Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These fees need to be paid by the customer. Please note that if you refuse the shipment due to local import duty & tax, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the customer a $30 administration fee.

    Shipping fees are calculated by our trusted shipping partners, Fedex, UPS, and USPS. The cost of shipping is based on the weight of your order and the destination it is being shipped to, which is determined by our shipping partners, not by us.

    If you’re in a rush, we suggest opting for UPS or FedEx over USPS. USPS is best for deliveries to PO boxes and doesn’t guarantee arrival dates. If you’re uncertain about your package arriving on time, please get in [touch with us] before placing your order!

    Please keep in mind that we’re unavailable on weekends, and all shipping estimates are based on business days. For overnight shipping, orders placed before 2 pm will ship the same day. Orders with overnight shipping placed after 2 pm will ship the following business day.

    We sincerely apologize for any issues with your gear, whether it arrived damaged in transit or has a defect.

    Please [contact us] with your order number and some photos of the damaged or defective gear. We’ll arrange a return authorization for you. Please avoid processing the return through our normal portal, as it may incur return shipping charges.
